Privacy Policy

When you request an estimate through the form on the contact page, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property, and a message describing what you are seeing on the roof. All of it is information you type in yourself. The form reads nothing else from your device.

If you arrived at this site from a link that carried tracking parameters in the address bar, the kind that show which ad or listing you clicked, the form records those parameters alongside your message so we know how you found us. That tells us a search listing or a Google Business Profile click sent you, nothing about who you are.

Like any website, this one also receives the technical information a web server sees: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. Our hosting provider uses that to serve pages and keep the site secure, not to identify you.

We use what you send us for one purpose: to answer your estimate request. The form sends your message by email to our inbox at sonriseroofing58@gmail.com and nowhere else. Adeline reads it, calls or emails you to set a time, looks up the property, and prepares a written estimate. If you hire us, the same information becomes part of the job file, the written contract and, where a permit is required, the permit application filed with your city.

We do not use the form to build a marketing list. Asking about a leak does not sign you up for anything.

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel serves the pages and keeps the server logs described above under its own privacy terms. The inbox is a Google account, so once delivered your message is stored under Google's terms.

We set no cookies of our own, no marketing cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels that follow you to other websites. No analytics tool is installed on this site at launch. If we add one to count visits, we will name it in this section, say what it collects, and update the date below. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, and the site works without them.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we have never sold personal information. We do not hand it to lead brokers, marketers or other contractors. We share it only with people who need it to do the job you asked about, such as a supplier delivering shingles to your address or the city building division for a permit, and when the law requires it.

California residents have rights over their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. In plain language, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, ask us to correct it, and tell us not to sell or share it. We are a small business and we do not sell or share personal information, but we honor every one of these requests regardless. We will confirm it is you, act on the request, and reply, except for records we are legally required to keep, such as a signed contract or a permit. We will never treat you differently for making a request.

This site is for property owners and is not directed at anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

If we change how we collect or use information, we update this page and the date below. Continued use of the form after a change means you accept the updated policy.
